Throughout my career, I have found the most fulfillment not only in caring for patients but in guiding students, new nurses, and peers as they build confidence and develop critical thinking skills. My approach to teaching is supportive, patient, and personalized. I understand that every learner is different, and I strive to break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps while creating a comfortable, judgment free zone.
