My name is Naeem Jumuah and I am a certified middle school science teacher in New Jersey with a Master's degree in Psychology and a certification in ESL. I currently teach 8th grade science full time and also have experience teaching psychology at the college level as an adjunct instructor. My teaching approach focuses not only on understanding content, but also on developing strong study habits, organization, and critical thinking skills that students can use across all subjects. I especially enjoy working with students who may feel stuck or unsure of their abilities and helping them realize their potential through patience, encouragement, and structured support. My goal as a tutor is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically.
