About Me

I am a Mechanical Engineering student at Louisiana State University with a strong passion for helping students understand math and science in a clear and practical way. I have several years of tutoring experience working with students in subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Physics, and general STEM courses. My goal as a tutor is not just to help students solve problems, but to help them truly understand the concepts behind them so they can succeed independently. My background in engineering has strengthened my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, which I bring into every tutoring session. I break down difficult concepts into simple steps and guide students through problems patiently until they gain confidence in their abilities. I believe every student can succeed in math and science when they are given the right explanation and encouragement. I also focus on building strong study habits, critical thinking skills, and exam strategies that help students perform better in school and on standardized tests. Whether a student needs help catching up, preparing for an exam, or aiming for top grades, I tailor my teaching approach to fit each student's learning style. Seeing students improve their confidence and achieve their academic goals is what motivates me most as a tutor.
