About Me

I am a veteran teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching Spanish to students from 12th to 4th grade. As a non-native speaker who achieved native-speaker fluency through study, travel, and working abroad, I understand what it takes for our students to be successful learners and can empathize with the struggles they encounter. I make my instruction real and relevant which helps my students find join in learning. It is about seeing language learning as something greater than a textbook.
