As a dedicated educator with a Doctorate in Sport Management and a Master's in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, I have over 17 years of experience in fostering student success through effective study skills and organization. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel empowered to take charge of their learning. I am passionate about helping students develop essential skills that not only enhance their academic performance but also build their confidence. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring fitness and wellness trends, which enrich my approach to education.
