About Me

Experienced Registered Nurse with a background in pediatric care and surgical procedures. I obtained my Bachelor's in Science of Nursing (BSN) from Malone University. I am currently seeking my Master's of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from Youngstown Stare University with anticipated graduation of 12/2024. My current certification is my registered nurse license. My previous experience in teaching includes a Malone University clinical instructor for BSN students. I also taught new graduates nurse on the floor while working at the hospital to teach them how to become strong and successful nurses in the nursing work field after graduation. I won the Primary Preceptor Award at my local hospital for teaching. I previously taught senior nursing practicum students in the clinical setting. I tutor as a hobby specializing in college students ages 18 and older who need help with basic general nursing courses such as Anatomy 1 and 2. I have a primary focus in tutoring for pediatric nursing with growth and development. I have previously helped several nursing students understand and become successful with answering NCLEX prep questions.
