About Me
I am a certified special education teacher, I have taught all grades from pre-K to 12th grade. I have taught all academic core subjects, all levels of math, reading and writing. I am a dyslexia specialist and trained in several reading programs such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson and LindaMood Bell. I have worked with a variety of types of students from students with profound disabilities to students that are gifted. I have also worked with students with executive function and ADHD to coach them in organization, time management, and work completion. I enjoy working with all ages and grades. I am a very patient person with a can do attitude. I believe that most students want to have fun while learning, so I try to infuse fun in my tutoring.
