My passion for art education, rooted in my Bachelor's in Art Education from Lubbock Christian University, has flourished over more than 30 years of teaching experience across various educational settings. I specialize in AP Studio Art, drawing, painting, sculpture, and special education, focusing on students with learning differences such as dyslexia, autism, and ADHD. Specializing in working with Executive Function issues, procrastination and motivation. My teaching philosophy emphasizes understanding each student's unique learning style, which allows me to create tailored lessons that both engage and inspire. In addition to my teaching, I am currently publishing a book on procrastination and motivation, and I enjoy working in my studio, gardening, and spending time with my family, including my grandchildren.
