About Me

I received my Physics B.S. and Mathematics B.S. degrees from the University of North Florida. Since the latter half of high school, I have been tutoring mathematics for middle school in algebra; I continued this practice throughout my college years for various courses in physics and math. Today, I tutor Physics I & II (including High School Physics), Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus I-III. My favorite subjects to tutor are the Calculus courses as it opens a whole new world in math to anyone learning it. The applications of calculus are consistently practical and never-ending in our modern world. Ever since I began tutoring, I enjoy helping others understand a topic unbeknownst to them. Whether the topic may be out of my extent or not, each tutoring session is a learning opportunity for me to better myself as a tutor and as a person. Generally, I remain with the learning pace of my clients to help strengthen their intuition and confidence in the subject matter. As well, I frequently use visual aids to give them another angle to help conceptualize ideas.
