I graduated from Iowa State University where I studied industrial engineering, and from Washington University in St. Louis, where I studied engineering management. Along the way I learned to use statistics to understand and help improve manufacturing processes and technology. I believe anyone can learn enough about statistical methods to gain insight into the world around us.
