I have worked as a teacher for the past seven years, and really enjoy watching people blossom as they gain knowledge, skills and above all, confidence. I am particularly strong in foreign languages - I have taught all levels of French (including AP), I am also fluent in Italian, and I am fairly adept at German. I also have strengths in English lit and writing, as I majored in literature and journalism, and worked as a reporter, writer, copy editor and freelance journalist for many years. As the mother of four young adult children, I understand different learning styles and the pressures that young people face today.
