About Me

I have two decades of tutoring experience, getting my start at SUNY New Paltz's tutoring center where I fell in love with helping students discover their own inner strength and guiding them toward a path of academic success. I taught English in Japan for three years after completing my masters in Japanese at UMass Amherst. I am a certified Japanese 7-12 teacher in Massachusetts and I have taught Japanese both in public high schools, independent schools, and at private language schools as well.
