About Me

I am a University of South Florida graduate with a Master of Science in Medical Sciences and a focus in Molecular Medicine. I also have a Bachelor's of Science degree from Saint Leo University, where I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. Currently, I am pursuing a career in Pathology. I have a true passion for mathematics and science subjects and have had great success with students ranging from elementary school to college-age. I first began tutoring during the pursuit of my undergraduate degree working as a private tutor for general chemistry and organic chemistry students. Now working with Varsity Tutors I cover many subjects in the area of mathematics, sciences, and SAT prep. I have chosen these subjects to tutor to help inspire more students to aspire to careers in the STEM fields. I believe that helping students to become more excited and less afraid of these subjects early in their academic careers is the key to success in this pursuit. Often the excitement of science can be lost in a classroom when a student begins to fall behind and I like to bring that back with one-on-one tutoring.
