The course providesknowledge and skills related to types and properties ofmortar and concrete mixtures, as well as skills neededto operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in mixing mortar. Additional course componentsinclude knowledge and skills related to cutting, laying, and finishing of masonry units.
Prerequisites: Industry Fundamentals and Occupational Safety and Introduction to Construction
