This course is designed to further develop the advancementof weight training This course will be coveringdeveloping personal weight training, strength, power, speed, and endurance programs. Students will beinstructed on major core lifts, and is not limited to sport specific lifts, running, plyometric, and agilityimprovement activities. The students will be instructed in weight control enhancement, weight gaining fads,and nutrition supplements.
