It is designed to extend and refine students’ linguistic and cultural knowledge of the Spanish language and its usage. The course will use authentic texts, audio, and video from various sources to engage students in investigations of broad cultural themes that are modeled after the AP World Languages themes. Students will be expected to practice interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational communication skills on a daily basis, using those skills to make cultural comparisons and connections to their own community and the world at large.
