Students will be educated in the areas of health, fitness, and wellness to give them the self-maintenance skills, physical skills, and knowledge base to help them adopt a healthy lifestyle. The following is a listing of Personal Fitness activities: Body Toning Low Impact Aerobics Tae-Bo Flexibility Exercises Walking Program Pilates High Impact Aerobics Step Aerobics Yoga Jogging Program Strength Conditioning
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Physical Education I. This course may be repeated for credit.
