Westfield High – Cyber: Cloud Computing

Students focus on cloud infrastructure, deployment, security models, and the key considerations in migrating to cloud computing. This course covers the technologies and processes required to build traditional, virtualized, and cloud data center environments, including computation, storage, networking, desktop and application virtualization, business continuity, security, and management. Internship opportunity is available with this course. Students combine classroom instruction and supervised on-the-job training in an approved position with continuing supervision throughout the school year. Dual enrollment credits with approved colleges or universities may be available through this course. Please note that the Dual Enrollment option for this course carries an additional weight of 1.0.
Prerequisites: Network Admin 1 or Cyber: Cisco 1A & 1B
