Western School of Technology – Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management

Career & Technical Education (CTE) program providing instruction in 25 food service areas utilizing American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) standards. Curriculum covers basic food production, baking and pastry, use of industry-standard equipment, dining room management, cost control, sanitation, and workplace safety. Students may participate in dual enrollment during senior year. Internships available through the Work-Based Learning Program. Graduates may earn up to 12 credits at Anne Arundel Community College or test out of courses at ACFEF-accredited culinary schools
