West High School – Dental Careers I, II

This two-year program prepares students to perform all the tasks of a Dental Assistant. These tasks include exposing, processing and mounting x-rays, preparing materials for various procedures including impressions, removing sutures, placing topical anesthetics and making diagnostic study models for alginate impressions. This program also gives students a foundation to pursue the Dental Hygienist post-secondary degree through a two or four-year college. Locations New Horizons Butler Farm Campus Only
