Students will install, configure, and secure various operating systems and troubleshoot computers using system tools and diagnostic software. Students will gain a basic understanding of emerging technologies including unified communications, mobile, cloud, and virtualization technologies and explore basic network design and connectivity, network documentation, network limitations and weaknesses, and network security, standards, and protocols.
