\*\*\*Students must provide their own transportation for field experiences. \*\*\*Field experience may require a background check and/or drug screening. Education Professions B is an in-depth, advanced study of careers, curriculum and instruction in elementary and/or middle school education through yearlong internships. This course will provide an introduction to the role technology plays in the modern classroom. Documentation of achievement is demonstrated through a final teaching philosophy statement, classroom learning and management plan, and presentation based on professional teaching standards. \*\*Students will have the opportunity to earn dual credit through Indiana University Advanced College Program after meeting Indiana University requirements. Fees apply. This course must be taken with Education Professions A. Courses meet concurrently.The school reserves the right to assign participants to a study hall if they are unwilling or unable to satisfactorily fulfill the obligations associated with their role. Students' placements are to be arranged by the CHS teacher once the course begins.
