# .4 credit This course is designed for students who wish to maintain and/or improve personal fitness without engaging in team sports. This course combines weight training, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance activities designed to enhance overall fitness. Principles and concepts of exercise will be emphasized as well as training methods and techniques. Technology may be utilized to assess performance in the areas of cardiovascular and strength training. Personal Fitness Training is scheduled two days per cycle for the entire year.
