This is a general Strength and Conditioning course that further develops the skills needed to enjoy a lifetime of physical activity. The skills developed in this course focus on muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, fl exibility, and improved body composition. Also, skill-related fi tness which includes agility, balance, coordination, speed, reaction time, and explosive power.
