Wando High – PE 2-8 Athlete Weightlifting

This course is designed for athletes to enhance their strength, mobility, fl exibility, endurance, speed and agility. Athletes are encouraged to enroll in this course to prepare for their upcoming high school season while coinciding with their club seasons. Training each week will include sessions that will target specifi c strength and conditioning exercises designed to mimic in game and practice movements. # STUDENT COUNCIL LEADERSHIP
