Walkersville High – Auto Mechanics Completer Program 3

Offered only at BHS. Courses must be taken in sequence. This program prepares students to service and maintain all types of automobiles. It includes instruction on the diagnosis of malfunctions and repair of engines, and fuel, electrical, cooling, brake, drive train and suspension systems. Upon successful completion of Auto Mechanics 1, 2, and 3, in conjunction with teacher recommendation, students can earn up to 19 credits at the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville. This course supports students in earning Automotive Service Excellence Industry Recognized Credentials.
