All students explore culturally and musically diverse styles through performance in Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Jazz Band. Topics include Tone Quality and Production; Characteristics and Concepts Self-Tuning; Advanced Music Terminology; Intermediate/ Advanced Sight-reading Concepts; and Musical Periods, Styles, and Cultures and their Relationship to Music Performance.
