CASE INTRODUCTION TO AGRICULTURE, FOOD, AND NATURAL RESOURCES 1 credit This honors level course introduces students to the world of agriculture and its career pathways. Students will experience hands-on activities, projects, and problems that involve the study of communication, sciences of agriculture, plants, animals, natural resources, and agricultural mechanics. They will learn to solve problems, conduct research, analyze data, work in teams, and take responsibility for their work, actions, and learning. Prerequisites and other notes: This course is the first class for all agriscience completer programs. It is recommended for students in grades 9 and 10.
