V R Eaton High School – Engineering Design and Problem Solving (EDPS)

In this course, students will work in a simulated work environment to complete large scale projects designed by the teacher and student or client. Coursework will include some observation or industry mentor opportunities. Students will build a professional portfolio showcasing their knowledge and skills. Certifications will be earned in OSHA 30 and other advanced industry based certifications. \*This course is an optional STEM course and is in addition to the four science credits required of STEM Academy students. It will be included in the calculation of the weighted GPA.
