Tyee Middle School – HONORS CHINESE 6

This class is designed to deepen students’ Chinese language skills and cultural understanding through the use of authentic materials. Students will be communicating in the target language of interpersonal speaking and writing, presentational speaking and writing, and interpretive reading and listening with an emphasis on literature & composition. This class is conducted entirely in Mandarin to sustain students’ language abilities.
Prerequisites: Completion of AP Chinese Language or equivalent
