Prerequisite: Culinary 1. This course builds on food preparation techniques from Culinary 1 and emphasizes the professional competencies necessary to meet industry standards within the Food Service industry. Culinary terminology, measurements, and recipe conversions are further explored. As well as meat, seafood, and poultry cookery. Various baking and pastry stations are also explored. Dual Enrollment option is available.
