#Certification opportunity: Certified Hospitality & Tourism Management Professional (AHLEI) & ServSafe Food Handler Students will integrate hands-on experience and project-based instruction to prepare for a career and/or postsecondary training in hospitality and hotel services. They will become familiar with all aspects of hotel operations, including developing communication and marketing skills; analyzing safety and security issues and solutions for groups in multiple environments; understanding check- in and check-out procedures, housekeeping processes, food service systems, and engineering systems.
