Discussions include the forces of lift, drag, thrust, and weight. After an understanding of that, the discussion shifts to the environment, & how that environment affects flight. Next comes discussion of the atmosphere and weather. Leadership Education emphasis is on understanding individual and group behavior, improving communication skills, and the introduction to leadership theories. Cadets are required to participate in wellness training and activities to help motivate them to lead active, healthy lifestyles beyond program requirements and into their adult lives.
