Advanced Child Growth and Development Honors is a second year course designed for students who have an interest in studying the growth and development of children up to age 5. Those electing this course are exposed to the world of children through the study of the developmental principles and theories that can be applied on a practical level to various stages of the life cycle. Students study the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of young children. Students participate in class lectures and discussions, written and research assignments, projects and practical experiences
