Allows eligible high school students to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously through approved college courses or approved CTAE technical courses.

Prerequisites: Approval by high school; completion of Student Participation Agreement; admission and acceptance by a participating postsecondary institution; for 10th grade students seeking non-CTAE courses, a minimum score of 1200 SAT or 26 composite ACT is required
