Tompkins High School – Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

This course provides instruction in emergency medical care to persons with severe injuries or illness. Through lectures and hands-on practice, students learn skills for handling medical and trauma care. Students participate in weekend/holiday rotations with community partners to respond to real EMS calls. Teachers collect a fee for BLS card of $$ 800$ .
