Thomas Dale High – Strength and Conditioning

This course is designed to introduce students to the fitness center and exercising using cardiovascular and strength training equipment. The course covers fitness center safety rules, introduces exercises and equipment, proper exercising technique, spotting and teaches students to read a workout program. It will also introduce students to muscle groups, joints, movements and fitness training concepts.
