Animation II continues to build upon the basic principles of animation first introduced in Animation I while introducing the student to new techniques of creating character rigs and designing for animation. Students will begin to script their own stories, work with others to record dialogue and learn the complete process for creating finished animated shorts. Students will also explore more design-oriented styles of animation using motion graphics & music while learning more about employment opportunities in the field of animation/motion graphics. For Honors Course: Honors Contract requirements must be met to receive weighted grading. (Prerequisite: VA980H Animation I)
