Students in this novice -level class continue to develop musical and technical skills on a specific voice through developmentally appropriate solo literature, etudes, scales, and exercises. Through problem -solving, critical thinking, and reflection, student s develop the physical and cognitive skills necessary to be more disciplined performers. Public performances may serve as a culmination of specific instructional goals. Students may be required to attend and/or participate in rehearsals and performances ou tside the school day to support, extend, and assess learning in the classroom. *Double Blocked Classes Musical Theatre 1 , Pre -AICE Drama 2
