Sunrise Mountain High School – Intermediate Mariachi

This one-year course is designed to allow students to perform in an ensemble which has a selected membership and specializes in performing intermediate-level Mariachi ensemble literature. Instructional practices incorporate integration of diversity awareness including appreciation of all cultures and their important contributions to society. The appropriate use of technology is an integral part of this course. This course fulfi lls either one elective credit or one Arts/Humanities credit required for high school graduation and may be repeated.
Prerequisites: Completion of Beginning Mariachi with a C or better or Teacher Recommendation Fee: $30
