This one-semester course offers a supportive environment for female students interested in building muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, and lifelong fitness habits. Using free weights, weight machines, and plyometric exercises, students will develop strength and tone while learning safe, effective training techniques. While this class is designed for females, anyone can take it.
Prerequisites: Completion of any general Physical Education class with a C or better is recommended.
