Sullivan High School – Driver Education
Mar 2026 · 2nd Semester
During the classroom phase, students will demonstrate written knowledge of Illinois traffic laws, traffic control, skills for the control of a vehicle, basic automobile maneuvers and an action plan for driving decisions. Students will demonstrate knowledge and skill in driving safely on public roads. The State of Illinois requires at least 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours Behind the Wheel.
Prerequisites: Must be 15 years of age. Must have passed eight (8) courses in the previous two semesters.
