Sullivan High School – Athletic P.E. - Fall

This course covers anatomy and musculature of the human body, biomechanics and strength improvement, and fitness strategies for sports skills and health improvement. Three days a week are spent in the weight room working on individual strength focusing on the core. Two days a week involve cross fit training, speed enhancement training, agility/plyometric training, or conditioning to improve explosiveness and endurance.
Prerequisites: Participation in Interscholastic Sports or principal approval.
