The purpose of this course is to enable students to expand on the skills taught in Leadership Education and Training 3. This course focuses on creating a positive leadership situation, negotiation, decision making, problem solving, team development, project management, and mentoring. Students will demonstrate leadership potential in an assigned command or staff position within the cadet battalion organizational structure. The course teaches cadets how to use emotional intelligence in leadership
