This course parallels basic college levelfoundational courses in three-dimensionalsculptural design. This rigorous course is aguided, independent study program designedfor the serious art student. Art is created toshow mastery of 3D design through any 3Dapproach or process, including, but not limitedto sculpture, architectural models, metal work,ceramics, glass work, installation, assemblageand 3D fiber arts. Integrity, ethics, andplagiarism are addressed. Students submit acomplete portfolio demonstrating quality,concentration and breadth to College Board forassessment scoring and consideration forcollege credit (not based on a written exam).
