The purpose of this course is to enable studentsto expand on skills taught in Leadership Education and Training 2. This course allowscadets to investigate the interrelationships ofthe services while they continue to build theirleadership development and decision-makingskills. It includes negation skills andmanagement principles. It emphasizes staffprocedures and opportunities to h and le variousleadership situations as well as preventviolence and manage anger. The research,identification, planning, and execution ofservice learning activities are included. Thiscourse gives cadets the opportunity to applybasic concepts of strategies for careerexploration and planning. It teachers how tocreate a career portfolio and plan for college orwork. Financial management principles arestudied. Skills for orienteering and/or l and navigation are developed. The course alsoincludes studies in the federal judicial systemand how historical events have shaped socialsystems
