This pathway includes broad introductory coverage the individual’s involvement in nutrition and food, factors involved in consumer food choices, in food selection, in food preparation, career opportunities in nutrition and food occupations, and commercial food preparation. \*Levels 1, 2, and 3 are required for pathway completion. The Interior Design pathway is designed to expose students to a variety of opportunities in the field of both residential and non-residential interior design. The focus of the pathway is technical knowledge, professional practices, and aesthetic principles. Curriculum content includes residential and non-residential interior design, architectural drafting, computer-aided design, and universal design. Also included are basic design, history of interiors and furnishings, color theory, products, business practices, and graphic presentations. \*Levels 1, 2, and 3 are required for pathway completion.
