This pathway introduces the cosmetology profession. Instruction is provided on the various methods of disinfection, sanitation, and safety used in the cosmetology industry. This pathway introduces various types of scalp treatments, hair and scalp structures, and hair disorders. Training is provided in a lab or classroom setting. Instruction is provided on the laws, rules and regulations and how they govern the cosmetology industry. \*Levels 1, 2, and 3 are required for pathway completion.
