Southwest DeKalb High School – Criminal Justice Essentials

This pathway includes, but is not limited to, introduction to the criminal justice system, police ethics and constitutional law, patrol procedures, traffic control procedures, defensive tactics and physical proficiency skills, interpersonal and communication skills, investigation procedures, court systems and trial procedures, correctional system, introduction to forensic science, crime prevention, property control, and employability skills.  . \*Levels 1, 2, and 3 are required for pathway completion.
