Southwest DeKalb High School – Business Communications

The agricultural education pathway is built on the three core areas of classroom/laboratory instruction, supervised agricultural experience programs and FFA student organization activities/opportunities.  Students enrolled in this pathway will receive instruction in and about establishing forests, maintaining and surveying forests, identifying and protecting trees, measuring, mapping, preparing for timber sales and harvest while utilizes a “learning by doing” philosophy. \*Levels 1, 2, and 3 are required for pathway completion.
